Annual events include the Pueblo West Fourth of July Celebration, sponsored by the Pueblo West Chamber of Commerce, which features food, fun, and fireworks provided by Pueblo West restaurants and organizations, along with craft booths and local talent.

The town also organizes a “9/11” Remembrance Ceremony, honoring our nation’s heroes with a Community Cookout at Fire Station #1. The Cookout is also a forum for community members to meet and talk with emergency and law enforcement personnel in the area. In 2006 the Chamber has added Oktoberfest which is held in September.

During the holiday season, the whole town is decked out with cheer and community spirit. There is a Holiday in Lights Parade, followed by a tree-lighting ceremony that includes a bonfire, hot beverages and caroling.
