Because we live in a community of
significant open spaces, I would like to
remind everyone to be firewise and keep
vegetation around your property to a minimum
to reduce the risk of fire danger in and
around your property. What may seem like a
small prairie fire can rapidly change to
involve structures. Your conscientious
efforts could mean the difference in saving
your home or your neighbors.
