The vistas of the great Rocky

The community was founded on
September 16, 1969 by McCullough
Properties Inc. as a planned
community, and is now governed by
covenants that are enforced by the
Committee of Architecture. The total
area of Pueblo West is larger than
the City of Pueblo.
Pueblo County extends quality public
services to its constituent cities,
including public schools, hospitals
and law enforcement agencies.
Characterized by its majestic
scenery, large tracts of land, and

privacy while still forming a
cohesive community. By bringing
